The QuickWood Sanding star wheels 4" Diameter are used in a drill chuck and the flexible star wheels can sand any contour or profile you give it. This is a little different then the flap-wheels as the sanding can be more aggressive with the star wheels. The star wheels are often used for much more aggressive sanding then the Flap wheels.

This is the 12" spindle with 3/4" arbor for a motor that you would have to provide. The motor should be 1-2HP and have variable speed if possible. The heavy duty rustic brush works great with hard woods and softwoods. The new design made by QuickWood came out in the end of 2011. The twisted wires gives this rustic brush a long life time compared to straight steel brushes. The twist also give the rush brush more power to digg out the hard wood for deep distressing of hard woods.

The "easy" drying racks comes with a center support that can be changed into two positions, so the distance between pins are 11" or 24". The picture below shows both settings. So you can set it up as one or the other. The "easy" drying rack system comes with plastic covered pins that are 19.6" long (500mm) a total of 14 pins on each side. The gab or clearance between the pins are 3.3". Max load per pair of bars are 50 lbs. Comes with big wheels for easy movement around the shop. Overall hight 66"
